    It means we’re authorised to perform thermal load calculations, develop mechanical design documentation, and create fully compliant, performance-optimised systems under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) regulations.

    We provide mechanical drawings, coordinate on services layouts, and ensure all components (ducting, units, return air, condensate drainage, etc.) fit within your design without compromise. Our team ensures energy efficiency targets, BCA/NCC compliance, and service access are considered from day one — avoiding clashes, redesigns, or costly site delays later.
