    It means we’re authorised to perform thermal load calculations, develop mechanical design documentation, and create fully compliant, performance-optimised systems under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) regulations.

    With this licence, HVAC+ can work directly with builders, certifiers, and architects to deliver fully certified system designs without outsourcing or delays — giving you confidence that every aspect is engineered for safety, efficiency, and code compliance.

    We provide mechanical drawings, coordinate on services layouts, and ensure all components (ducting, units, return air, condensate drainage, etc.) fit within your design without compromise. Our team ensures energy efficiency targets, BCA/NCC compliance, and service access are considered from day one — avoiding clashes, redesigns, or costly site delays later.
