Service Expectations

We aim to deliver professional, reliable, and timely air conditioning services.

Our team will:

Arrive as scheduled (with notice if delayed)

Provide honest advice on repairs, installations, and system suitability

Respect your property and clean up after work is completed

Quotes & Invoices

All quotes are obligation-free and valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Invoices are due on completion unless alternate terms are agreed upon in writing. Overdue payments may incur follow-up fees.

Warranty & Maintenance

We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on all HVAC+ installations. This warranty is valid as long as the system is regularly serviced by HVAC+.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover allocated time and resources.

Limitation of Liability

While we take every care with your installation or service, HVAC+ is not liable for issues resulting from:

Pre-existing faults in your property

Customer misuse or lack of maintenance

Third-party interference
